Morris is a small polar bear with white fur, black eyes and a large, gray nose. He is seen wearing two different outfits in concept art; the first consists of a white and blue shirt, gray shorts, a black baseball cap and an orange backpack; the second outfit consists of a green shirt with a striped tie, a brown vest and beige pants.
Before Morris was cut from the film, he was going to be seen at a party being held for him. It was a celebration of Morris receiving his tame collar for the first time. At the party, Koslov climbs onstage and calls for his son. Morris comes running up to him and Koslov puts his paws on Morris' shoulders and proclaims that "today, my son becomes a 'big bear'."
Koslov presents Morris with his collar, has him repeat a speech, and proceeds to put it around his neck, but hesitates. Morris asks if something is wrong, and Koslov quickly says no and snaps the collar around his son's neck. Thrilled, Morris dances and runs around the stage as balloons fall down and the crowd cheers, but Koslov calls frantically for Morris to stop.
Not hearing his father, Morris keeps celebrating, when suddenly, the collar zaps him. The crowd gasps. Turning slowly back to Koslov, Morris looks confused. Sadly, Koslov opens his arms to his son and the two embrace.
