Gram-mama is a late female arctic shrew who was the grandmother of Mr. Big and the great-grandmother of Fru Fru in Zootopia. She was a member of the Big family.
Physical Appearance[]
In her portrait, the only depiction of her seen in the movie, Gram-mama has a large bouffant hairdo similar to Fru Fru's (albeit white). She also has thick, dark eyebrows, similar to Mr. Big's.
Role in the Film[]
Prior to the events of the film, Mr. Big introduced Nick Wilde to Gram-mama, who made him a cannoli.
During his discussion with Nick, he mentions Gram-mama and how Nick's actions were disrespectful to them. He goes on to say how Nick had once sold him an "expensive wool rug", that was revealed to have actually been made with fur from a skunk's rear end after Gram-mama died and was buried in it.
